Hernia symptoms are usually related to the bulge caused by hernias. In the early stages, you only notice this little lump that doesn’t hurt when touched. If the disease advances the bulge or breaks, as some specialists call it, it becomes painful and continues to swallow. The lump becomes more visible when you cough or sneeze, and in most cases it can be pushed back by hand, but it comes out in a few minutes. If it cannot be pushed back, it is possible that you have a strangled hernia.
